Albany Management has welcomed two new businesses to its building at 41 State Street. 

 

In July, SMART Business Consulting signed a five year lease for 1,538 sq.ft. of office space, brokered by Felton McLaughlin of NAI Platform.  SMART Business Consulting does strategic and IT consulting to various New York State agencies and private sector corporate clients in the region. They are a private company based in Philadelphia, PA with 12 offices and 650 employees in North America and Europe. They moved downtown from a suburban office location because they missed all the benefits of being in the Downtown Business District.

 

In November, the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) signed a two year lease for 1,971 sq.ft. of office space, also brokered by McLaughlin.  CEO is a 30-year old organization based in New York, NY that performs placement work for various New York State agencies.  They are expanding from the New York metropolitain area and this will be their second office in upstate New York.
